Tradscale does not receive compensation from financial companies to recommend investment products.

4. Use restrictions

The following is expressly prohibited:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto, Ontario, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
