Important: Tradscale is an independent educational platform. All content is for learning and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Our revenue comes from contextual advertising, affiliate links to educational resources, and sale of learning materials. We do not offer financial products or trading services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using tradscale.net (the “Site”), operated by Tradscale Philippines Inc. with registered office at GT Tower International, Ayala Avenue, Makati City 1226, Philippines, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the Site immediately.

2. Nature of the service

Tradscale is a digital educational publication providing informative articles, educational analysis, and editorial content on:

Startups and the venture capital ecosystem;
Stock and bond markets (for educational purposes only);
Financial instruments (ETFs, UITFs, government securities) in a learning context;
Artificial intelligence applied to finance;
Monetary policy and macroeconomics.

Tradscale is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser licensed by the SEC Philippines, fund manager, or bank. We do not offer investment services under the Securities Regulation Code (RA 8799) or BSP regulations.

3. Business model and transparency

Revenue for Tradscale Philippines Inc. comes from the following sources, which we commit to making transparent:

Contextual advertising: Google AdSense ads and clearly identified sponsored banners;
Affiliate links: to books, courses, and learning platforms — always labeled as affiliate links;
Editorial sponsorships: sponsored articles always marked “Sponsored content”;
Learning materials: e-books, guides, and our own educational resources.

Tradscale does not receive compensation from financial companies to recommend investment products.

4. Use restrictions

The following is expressly prohibited:

Reproducing, distributing, or commercializing Site content without written permission;
Using automated scraping techniques;
Accessing the Site through unauthorized automated means;
Modifying, decompiling, or creating derivative works from the Site’s source code;
Using the Site for unlawful activities.

5. Intellectual property

All Site content — articles, graphics, logos, editorial structure — is owned by Tradscale Philippines Inc. or legitimately licensed. It is protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293). Partial quotation with attribution and a link to the source is permitted.

6. Disclaimer on financial content

Content published on Tradscale:

Is for educational and informational purposes only;
Does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell securities;
Does not guarantee future returns or certain outcomes;
Is based on public, verifiable sources cited in each article;
May not be updated in real time.

Before any financial decision, consult an independent licensed financial advisor registered with the SEC Philippines.

7. Limitation of liability

Tradscale Philippines Inc. assumes no liability for:

Financial losses arising from use of Site content;
Errors or omissions in content;
Service interruptions;
Content on third-party sites linked from the Site.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
